1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Downloadable software

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by shipping)

  • Gift cards

3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will be notified when the refund is issued.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred in the order.
